The MHV-HB300/37.5-S Horizontal Claw Clamp Valve Test Bench is a dedicated valve pressure testing machine designed for hydrostatic strength and sealing performance tests on industrial valves with flange connections. With a horizontal “claw clamp” holding structure and integrated hydraulic/electrical control, this bench supports stable hydrostatic test workflows for DN80–DN300 valves in manufacturing and inspection environments.

It is engineered for practical workshop testing where fast clamping, secure sealing, and repeatable pressure verification are required—making it a reliable choice for valve manufacturers and inspection stations performing routine valve test and quality control.

Product Description

This valve test bench integrates hydraulic clamping, electrical control, and high/low pressure test water supply into a single station. The horizontal layout supports convenient loading and positioning of DN80–DN300 flange valves.

The bench adopts a claw clamp structure to press and fix the valve at the flange end face. The clamping mechanism drives the fixture movement to achieve accurate positioning without introducing external force that could affect sealing evaluation. The right-side worktable supports 90° rotation, improving accessibility for sealing and tightness verification operations. The worktable can also move left and right to adapt to different valve face-to-face lengths.
