product introduction

The MHV-HD300/37.5-S Horizontal Top-Press Valve Test Bench is a dedicated valve pressure testing machine designed for workshop hydrostatic strength testing and sealing verification of flange-type valves within DN50–DN300. Built on an integrated hydraulic + electrical control architecture, this bench supports practical production inspection workflows where stable clamping, controlled pressurization, and repeatable valve testing results are required.

This model is suitable for completing common inspection tasks including shell strength testing, high-pressure sealing tests, and low-pressure gas tightness tests, helping manufacturers and inspection stations verify valve performance before delivery or maintenance release.

Product Description

The MHV-HD300/37.5-S integrates hydraulic system, electrical control system, high/low pressure water supply system, and test fixtures into one horizontal test station. The bench adopts a horizontal top-press structure, where the top-press cylinder applies stable clamping force directly onto the test fixture, ensuring reliable positioning and sealing conditions during pressurization.

The system uses end-face O-ring sealing between the valve and blind plate to meet standard sealing requirements. Test pressure is generated through a combined pressure supply approach: the low-pressure water pump provides initial pressurization, and the high-pressure water circuit works with a pneumatic drive source (4–7 bar) to reach the required high-pressure testing range.

Water Circuit and Pressure Supply Logic

  • Low-pressure water filling: The low-pressure pump is a self-priming, high-flow filling pump with a full-load pressure of 0–1.6 MPa.
  • High-pressure boosting: The high-pressure pump is driven by a 4–7 bar pneumatic system, with a pressure range of 1.6–40.0 MPa.
  • No auto-stop: After reaching the required test pressure, the system does not stop automatically.
  • Circulation & protection: A bottom circulation tank is equipped; rust inhibitor (powder) can be added to reduce corrosion of the tested valve and pipelines.
  • Hold-time alarm: When the set pressure-holding time is reached, an audible and visual alarm is triggered.
