The MHV-HD600/37.5-S Horizontal Top-Press Valve Test Bench is a dedicated valve pressure testing machine designed for hydrostatic shell strength testing, high-pressure sealing tests, and low-pressure gas tightness inspection of larger valves in the DN150–DN600 range. It is built as a high-capacity horizontal test station for workshop and inspection environments where stable clamping, controlled pressurization, and repeatable test procedures are required.

Product Description

The MHV-HD600/37.5-S integrates a complete valve testing station layout, combining the hydraulic system, electrical control system, high/low pressure water supply system, fixtures, and a horizontal top-press clamping mechanism into one unit.

The bench adopts a horizontal top-press structure, where the top-press cylinder provides stable axial pressing to ensure reliable positioning during pressurization. The sealing between the valve and blind plate uses end-face O-ring sealing, supporting workshop sealing requirements for strength and tightness verification.

In operation, the high-pressure water pump is driven by an 8 bar pneumatic system and works with the electrical directional valve for reciprocating operation, continuously supplying pressure to the tested valve through check-valve switching.
