The Intelligent Automatic Pressure Oil Injection Machine is designed for automatic filling of pressure gauges using silicone oil or glycerin.
The equipment adopts Siemens PLC intelligent control and supports automatic metering and automatic filling. It can be configured with 4 stations or 2 stations.
The system includes an electronic scale, oil storage tank, heating device, oil pump, metering pump, induction device, oil filling station, and PLC control system. It can set flow rate, flow velocity, and filling volume, and supports automatic filling and stopping at each station.

It is used for the opening pressure detection of PV breathing valves for tank accessories. The system supports valve sizes from DN50 to DN300, with a pressure measurement range of -30 to 30 kPa and a maximum air flow of 13 m³/min. The control system uses a computer + acquisition card + control software configuration, helping users complete stable and organized testing procedures.
