Marine PV breathing valves play an important safety role in regulating internal tank pressure, especially in oil tankers and cargo tank systems. This PV valve test bench is a gas testing system developed according to SY/T 0511.1-2010, based on actual customer production and inspection requirements. It is used for the opening pressure detection of PV breathing valves for tank accessories. The system supports valve sizes from DN50 to DN300, with a pressure measurement range of -30 to 30 kPa and a maximum air flow of 13 m³/min. The control system uses a computer + acquisition card + control software configuration, helping users complete stable and organized testing procedures.
