The Marine PV Pressure Vacuum Valve Test Bench is designed for the opening pressure testing of shipboard PV breathing valves used on storage tanks and marine cargo systems. The system is specially developed for DN50 to DN300 PV valves and uses air as the test medium. With a computer-based control system and data acquisition software, it is suitable for professional valve testing, inspection, and verification work. The model of this equipment is MST300-G-CD.

The Intelligent Automatic Pressure Oil Injection Machine is designed for automatic filling of pressure gauges using silicone oil or glycerin.

The equipment adopts Siemens PLC intelligent control and supports automatic metering and automatic filling. It can be configured with 4 stations or 2 stations.

The system includes an electronic scale, oil storage tank, heating device, oil pump, metering pump, induction device, oil filling station, and PLC control system. It can set flow rate, flow velocity, and filling volume, and supports automatic filling and stopping at each station.

Marine PV breathing valves play an important safety role in regulating internal tank pressure, especially in oil tankers and cargo tank systems. Valve failure may lead to equipment damage, unsafe pressure conditions, environmental risks, and operational losses. For this reason, regular testing is important for marine safety, compliance, and reliable operation.

This PV valve test bench is a gas testing system developed according to SY/T 0511.1-2010, based on actual customer production and inspection requirements. It is used for the opening pressure detection of PV breathing valves for tank accessories. The system supports valve sizes from DN50 to DN300, with a pressure measurement range of -30 to 30 kPa and a maximum air flow of 13 m³/min. The control system uses a computer + acquisition card + control software configuration, helping users complete stable and organized testing procedures.
