The MAQ-300/40-70-4BN-C Containerized Safety Valve Test Bench is an integrated mobile calibration station designed for the testing of set pressure, reseating pressure, and sealing performance of both direct spring-loaded safety valves and pilot-operated safety valves. The system combines calibration equipment, gas source equipment, a working platform, and auxiliary facilities into one containerized unit for easier transportation, on-site deployment, and daily operation.

Compared with conventional stationary test benches, this model is built around a containerized and modular design concept. It emphasizes practical operation, reliable performance, simplified maintenance, and future expandability. It is suitable for users who need a more organized and movable safety valve testing solution for low, medium, and high pressure applications.

Product Description

The system mainly includes a container, workbench with vise, cantilever jib crane, safety valve operating console, clamping bench, nitrogen cylinder group, air compressor, and air conditioner. It integrates the calibration unit, gas source, and maintenance workspace into one container for easier movement and operation.

The test bench features a separated layout with centralized control, including a DN300 safety valve clamping seat and an integrated control console. It uses hydraulic automatic clamping for medium and large safety valves and supports clean air, nitrogen, and pure water as test media. The maximum calibration pressure is 40 MPa for gas and 70 MPa for liquid, with a maximum clamping force of 275 kN.

The control console is equipped with 0.4 class precision pressure gauges for set pressure and sealing pressure judgment. To improve test accuracy and reduce pressure loss, the gas passage diameter is not less than 6 mm.
